ISO 37002: Whistleblower management system
Implement an effective whistleblowing system with ISO 37002: Protect your organization from the inside out
ISO 37002 is an international standard that provides guidelines for establishing, implementing and maintaining a whistleblowing management system.
Its main objective is to foster an ethical, transparent and accountable organizational culture by facilitating the safe and effective reporting of irregularities, legal violations or misconduct within an organization.
This standard is part of the family of standards on governance and compliance, aligned with others such as ISO 37001 (anti-corruption) and ISO 37301 (regulatory compliance), promoting sustainable and integral organizational management.

At PetroShore we have a software for complaint management. The anonymous DPI whistleblower channelaligned with the ISO 37002 standard, which allows secure reporting of any irregularity or misconduct. This reaffirms our commitment to integrity, transparency and responsible management.

- Impartiality: Ensure that all complaints are handled objectively and without retaliation.
- Protection: Protect whistleblowers, defendants and other persons involved.
- Transparency: Promote the visibility of the process and its results within legal and ethical limits.
In addition, the standard recommends an approach based on the PHVA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for continuous improvement of the grievance system.
