Successful completion of the first phase of the survey project with DOWN Huesca
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, PetroShore Compliance actively supports initiatives that promote a fairer, more inclusive society with real equal opportunities. Today we celebrate the closing of the first phase of the project "Inclusion that transforms, impact that inspires", developed together with Down Huesca, with deeply encouraging results.
A transforming experience
This pioneering project of practical training in surveys has had as protagonists four young people with Down syndrome: Juan, José, Shobha and Rubén, who have shown remarkable progress in their social, communicative and work skills.
During this first stage, participants not only acquired technical tools to design, conduct and record surveys, but also developed key skills such as autonomy, confidence, initiative and interaction with the public.
"Every conversation, every piece of information gathered, every glance exchanged with strangers has been an opportunity for personal and professional growth."

Real-world internships with committed partners
One of the differential axes of the project has been its practical component, which has been possible thanks to the collaboration of local entities in Huesca that opened their doors and trust to inclusive talent:
-
Cafeteria of UGT Huesca: where participants worked in customer service tasks.
-
Diocesan Museum of Huesca: here they assumed functions related to the reception of visitors, ticket control and support in the management of information materials.
-
Santos Ochoa Bookstore (coming soon): the following internships are planned to take place in this space, focusing on order, organization and direct attention to the public.
One more step towards real inclusion
This first phase has shown that inclusion in the workplace is not a utopia, but a concrete and transformative possibility. Companies and institutions that are committed to it not only generate social impact, but also enrich their own work environments with diversity, empathy and commitment.
PetroShore Compliance will continue to support programs such as this one, because we firmly believe that responsible compliance also implies promoting human and social development through action.
